As some of you know, I am an exercise enthusiast, and it is a part of who I am. At fifteen, I was "initiated" into gym culture, always going with friends. For me, the gym was an environment where I could find "missions" or "tasks" that challenged me. It was a place where I could expend my energy and at the same time, feel calmer and more relaxed. The gym and exercise also helped with my self-esteem, gradually contributing to me becoming more confident and learning to appreciate my own imperfections!
So, today I decided to share some vocabulary that might be useful when trying to communicate or think about your workouts in English. Whether you're a regular gym-goer or just starting out, remember that practice makes perfect and discipline is key. Welcome to our blog!
